Why troll for a troll? Count your blessings that we haven't had one in a
good while. Well, not one who hides her/his identity.

Well just to be accurate here, Floyd was not really a troll. He
wanted to make sure that I DIDN"T post inaccurate information about
salmon. He also didn't hide his identity.

The current troll on the other board is so stupid that it is
interesting. It is like watching someone who had taken one too many
drug trip and has a fried brain. The others who keep answering her
questions and posts just to be nice or feel part of the in crowd are
hysterical.

Trolls aren't all bad. I have met people because of trolls that I
might not have met otherwise including one on the Alaskan board. Too
bad it is too late to change my overall time plans because she has a
ranch and expressed her regret that we (Jake, me and her friends)
couldn't saddle up the horses and reallly show us around the area.
Now that is something that I have never done and sounds good. So yet
another trip to Alaska is being hatched.

We are not going to Fairbanks this year, so Jake and I can't hold you
all captive waiting for us to appear on the webcam. There is a fly in
the ointment and I am going to be SO DISAPPOINTED if I come back and
don't have this to report on, BUT the weather has been horrible in
Alaska this year. The flight ceiling has cancelled several of the
small plane take-offs. I took out trip insurance because if our float
plane cannot take off for Katmai we will be stuck in Homer and will
get our travel ride. I am hoping if I get stuck though that I will be
stuck out with the bears for a few more days that they can't get us
back from. Too bad they didn't cancel the flight that killed the
Princess cruise passengers.

So please all keep your fingers crossed that the weather improves and
that Jake and I get on the float plane, safely land on the sea, don't
get eaten by grizzlies, and come back home with stories that we have
pictures to back up.
