Re: seeking suggestions

In TN, that's TennCare ... which they have refused to allow (you don't want
to know what I'm thinking, but the words are inappropriate for an adult
conference).

Pennsylvania offers free medical care for kids who don't have medical
insurance. Does her state do this? This wouldn't help the mom, but at
least her daugher would be covered.

I can feel for her. Good medical insurance is getting harder and harder
to afford.

I know a 23-year-old woman who is having difficulty getting medical
insurance for herself and her 5-year-old daughter. Finances are such that
she has to work two jobs, which disqualifies her for Tenn Care, but she's
not making enough from her two jobs to afford medical insurance. My heart
goes out to her!

Can anyone offer suggestions in terms of getting affordable family
medical insurance for herself and her daughter?
