PDF conversion


Anyone tried any of the conversion utility programs to do this? I got
the idea to try and so far no luck. One I DL'd yesterday for free trial
appeared to work, but opening the resulting txt file showed me only a
"9" on the screen.

Today, I found a freeware version, DL'd it, it converted it page by
page, but again on opening, nothing there.

Thought it might be handy for work when doc gets his information by pdf
file. If I could convert to text and import it, would save him dictating
the stuff.
