The chief complaint is "girth pain." I understand what he's trying to
say, but can your "girth" really hurt you? Wouldn't it be abdominal
pain, unless you were complaining about your joints hurting you
because of your weight? lol
Of course, this is what they want and this is what they get. But I'd
like to know if there's another way to look at this that could make
sense and I'm just missing it.

Maybe he's having pain that goes around like a belt? Otherwise, I'd
have to agree that it's abdominal pain.
