Number one, I never docked anybody a DIME for an error. I think it is
WRONG to do that. Never right. Number two, if you are comfortable in
this job and want to keep it, I think you need to get in there and tell
them what you need to be able to do the job properly. You may have to go
to McDonald's, as you say, but you shouldn't do it without trying to
correct what's wrong first. Just my opinion.

Of course it's wrong; it's absurd. There is no other job in the world
where you get docked for errors. I have told her these pt schedules
are difficult to read, and she said she doesn't have a problem with
them, so we should not either. The office is constantly asking me to
resend files (a file is 5 reports) that they have misplaced (they will
not admit to having misplaced them), so maybe I will start charging
them $5 per re-sent file.
