As an aside, sometimes clients can contact their software tech support
for the scheduling program and find a very easy way to capture the
entire schedule and e-mail it instead. My schedules originate in Mysis
and they are sent to me now in a .txt format that I can open with
either WordPad or Excel.
or she and/or you could get an internet based fax and there are hardly any
issues with clarity on that - at least with the one I use. I get the fax
from the office and it always looks fresh and it is a PDF file, which I
then forward to my subs. Beats the heck out of faxing and re-faxing,
printer running low on ink, etc.
