Both articles have their merits, although I liked the WaPost one better.

One of them did mention the results of a study stating there was no link between Thimerosal and autism, and most folks in the autism community reject that conclusion due to the flawed methods the directors of the study used to conduct their research. I, too, have my doubts about the validity of the study.
