Re: Comcast phone?

We have VoIP service throught Packet8, and we never have problems with
missed calls or voicemail issues. The VoIP phone has all the bells and
whistles that we have on our AT&T line. The only problem I've had with it
is that if the power goes out or the Internet service goes down, so does the
phone. I know nothing about Comcast phone service per se, though.

Kathy,
Are you looking just to pay one conglomerate? I use Voice Pulse (I
believe recommended by someone here) VoIP and I love it. If there is ever
an issue, I just contact them and they take care of it expediently.
You can get a number for wherever in the country (i.e. half of my family
lives in Florida so I could have gotten a Kissimmee number so they
wouldn't have to pay long distance to call me.)

If you're just looking to further put money in Comcast for shoddy
services, I can't help ya there.... I'm just really tired of them being
the only cable game in town.
