Nah, some highly educated people are scatter brains every day. One slip up, with an apology is acceptable. Multiple changes within the same document is just plain ridiculous. Yes, we should be paid for our wasted time. Doctors get paid for blocks of time spent with the patient, which includes some of their wasted time.

If you run your own service, you need to add a fee for crap like this. I call this "combat pay". If you work for another MTSO, you're *** out of luck. We all know where your frustrations are coming from Kathy. Hope today brings a boatload of better dictators!
