The part that he and I both thought was weird about it is that speaking in tongues is supposedly not something you are supposed to have to learn -- it is something that is supposed to come directly from the Holy Spirit -- so in that sense it was almost like "teaching" the campers how to be more spiritual people just by teaching them to emulate the things spiritual people do, when spirituality really should come from the inside.
