I can't even grasp the concept of separating the two because it would
mean separating myself from myself.

I don't practice my faith perfectly because I don't do anything
perfectly, but my heart has been changed because of my faith and it's
not like I can remove it temporarily to function in another capacity
and then put it back in.

Removing my faith temporarily to function in another capacity and then
putting it back in - That's not what I am doing and it is very difficult
to
explain, obviously.

What I'm saying, perhaps not very clearly, is that I could never make the
same statement that Romney made, i.e. that if elected I would serve the
country first and my church (faith) second.
