Today I'm running and refining queries on asthma medications.
If a patient is not ON the medication, it's been recommended, discussed,
etc the program excludes it from my query.

I have one site where the MT has typed Advair Discuss for every damn
record. Discuss excludes the records. Days like this I wanna pull my
hair out.
