Our son had the flu (still cannot believe he didn't get the shot in his line
of work but that won't happen again). He said nothing knocked him on his ass
worse. He is fit, healthy and pretty strong and he was a mess for over a
week. Please take good care of yourself. He really looked awful and was
wiped out. Afterwards the cough hung around and had lingering weakness for a
long time. It was really bad. Needless to say his ARNP wife really lectured
him about not getting the shot -- and so did his mom! :)

Man, those must have been some virulent virus, cause it traveled right
along with the electrons to my computer.
I'm sick as a dog. I might even have to miss work tomorrow, which I
haven't done in more than six years except for the week I missed to
recover from my back surgery.
Unfortunately, I have to get caught up on my MT today, in between the
chills, exhaustion, and generalized yuckiness.
