I think Romney could have had a chance if he'd stayed strong on
his original stance on immigration. But he didn't, so . . . 8-(

Maybe the "Republicans" aren't as ultra-conservative as some like to
believe. It's true that they are the more conservative party but I have
seen more and more liberal republicans over the past few years.
