It's not that unusual. Quite a few vendors prefer to use their own checkout
system as opposed to ebay's.

If the vendor has good feedback, then I would be OK with it Kathy.
Personally, I love the convenience and security of Paypal, so I tend to
avoid vendors who don't offer that payment option.

Again, however, if that particular vendor has good feedback ratings, I
wouldn't have a problem buying from them.
