I got back an edited document today. How long have I been doing this?


The doctor dictated and the transcription was corrected to read:

"He does not have any blood in his stool or blood when he passes his
water."

I had transcribed:

"He does not have any blood in his stool or blood when he passes away."

Lordamercy. Sometimes you gotta wonder what goes through our heads when we
do chit like that! LOL
