Neal,

I just returned from a meeting in Chicago. The person next to me had her phone on vibrate, but my co-worker and I could still hear it every time it went off. She proceeded to send text messages for most of both days. Nothing serious or life-threatening, mind you, as her and her friend would giggle every few minutes. I knew there was a good reason for the concealed-carry law.....
