They just don't know when they have it good. Although it WOULD be easier to blame you for everything that could possibly be wrong with the charts if you weren't around to defend yourself! <G>

It becomes a very personal issue for me when I transcribe our office notes because I know the patients personally and I really care a lot about helping to ensure that the reports are clear and accurate.
The people dictating do appreciate the ease of communication that we have, even if I make an occasional pest of myself.
