...and, really, I don't disagree with that. What I'm saying is that
folks (not just here, but everywhere, it seems) are flying off the
handle at the drop of a hat (feel free to put a [sic] before that
mixed metaphor if/when you quote it, if it pleases you), i.e., getting
worked up over things "heard," things half-known (at best), etc. It
would seem to be a hobby, of sorts.

Judity, (who, you may have noticed, things (sic) folks should just get
the gist of a conversational post before acting all high and mighty.
