Re: Barb - Did Faye do any damage?

I heard about the rain on the radio. Flooding is not fun even if it's just
for a short time. Stay safe. Faye is taking a very odd path.

Just a P.S. Apparently Fay is still causing problems up north off Cape
Canaveral, and gaining strength over the ocean. News reports (I take
those with a grain of salt) say it is a 100-year flood because of the
deluge--in some places as much as 14 inches. Now most houses are built up
off ground level and even on the news I did not see water inundating
homes, but streets are flooded, etc., and people are stranded in their
homes. But it will run-off quickly once it stops raining, which
apparently it is refusing to do!

It is supposed to come back on land and cross Florida again. When it is
finally over, I will talk to friends up there. We are still getting some
brief outer bands with torrential rain, but they don't last long, and the
sun comes out again quickly.

I've been thinking about you and wondering what Faye has done/is doing?
