This does NOT speak for all Obama voters (just a substantial
portion,IMO), so all of you other voters, do not take this personally. I
think it's hilarious.

Yup. And you might want to read about that poll (and an interview
with the guy who commissioned it) here:

Nice try, Doug. The questions were simple and any half-way intelligent
voter should have been able to give an intelligent response. A good
portion of liberals are simply not as well informed as conservatives,
which is the only reason Obama got elected. As the original site
offers, if you want a survey of conservatives of the exact same
questions, he will pay if the percentage of correct answers is not
significantly higher. Are you going to take on this bet? Let me know
when you do.

Marsha,

Apparently you never heard of what a "push poll" is. That's where you
slant questions, and select a group for polling to get a
pre-determined result. In case you didn't know, Nate Silver is one
of the best, if not *the* best analyst of polls in the world. He
makes his living doing baseball statistics - he was the only one who
said that Tampa Bay would be a contender this year, and yes, he was
right. This year, he decided to see if he could analyze polls, and
come up with a better analysis of them. He called the election pretty
much on the money.

So when he says a poll is biased, I tend to believe him. You might
also want to realize that Zogby himself has said that if he'd been at
HQ at the time (he was on tour), they wouldn't have taken the
contract.

Now, if you want to get into "how intelligent" conservatives are,
remember, they're the ones now touting Sarah Palin as a future leader
of the Republican Party. <snicker>
