I'll be interested to hear if anyone has an opinion. Obviously, they

I know several MTs who have to edit VR at least on a part-time basis.
I wouldn't touch it. These gals are paid 1/2 the regular per line going
rate - yet it takes much longer to correct their reports than to
transcribe the reports themselves - from start to finish. One friend of
mine (she has been an MT/Editor for 30+ years) told me she edited VR for
four hours one day and made a whopping $9.75 for the four hours.
Two years ago my hospital decided they were going to force the
radiologists to use VR - only they bought a system that an MT could not
edit and the docs would have to do it themselves. Only one out of the 8
radiologists we have would do it - thank goodness.
Well, that's my 2 cents worth.
