Right, Kim, and if you believe that, I hear there is a pretty orange
bridge in San Francisco that might be bought. I'm glad, though, you
used the word "supposed" since how often do politicians reverse a tax
that brings in money?
Am I cynical? To quote a second person named Sara(h) I don't care
for, "You betcha!"
((Also, the congressman who replaced William Jefferson in Louisiana,
Joseph Cao, is facing recall because he said he'd vote for the
stimulus,
but then the arm twisting started and he voted "no". ))
I understand Gov. Jindal of LA might refuse the stim money. Guess he
and the other governors turning down the money don't need help for
their states. Maybe that means more for the ones like California that
do.
