Bill Hemmer is interesting, and I used to watch him on CNN. The
strident voice of the woman who is his co-anchor, however, quickly has
me turning the channel. I no longer find Shepard Smith offensive as I
did during his reporting after Katrina. Bret Baier is one I'll watch

entertainment purposes like Beck and O'Reilly.

During the day, I watch many local and national TV channels, not just
MSNBC, and read both the Drudge Report and Drudge Retort along with
other online news sites. I only post on SMT articles I find of

I'll share that link, too. Otherwise, I'll let others do that.

I don't remember saying "you" didn't watch Fox. From previous posts,
you have mentioned a variety of news sources.

Marsha,

Judity has apologized for deliberately misspelling your name in her
replies to you in another topic.

If you have already done so, please accept my apology for not seeing it
before I write this, otherwise, may I suggest that accepting her apology
would help return s.m.t. to something that resembles its previous
enjoyable state.

Thanks,

Thanks for that, Bob. I do miss the old SMT - but lately it seems all
of the old sites are dead or dying. We had lots of wars, but we also
had a lot of good interaction. Without SMT and the other now defunct
(or nearly so) MT groups, I would not have the work I do.

I still remember the elation of finding others like myself (MTs)
online now so many years ago in about 1996 when the net was relatively
young. I've gotten lots of work from it, and the couple of clients I
have now are direct and indirect results of this newsgroup. Can't
imagine life without it.
