Well, your guesses haven't been too accurate so far. Do you feel lucky

Listen: find a good generalist (e.g., family doc or general internist),
let them get to know you a bit, and let *them* figure out what the hell
is going on. You're clearly not doing yourself any favors with your
attempts at self-diagnosis and a merry-go-round of specialists.
