Ok, back from the hospital. I did talk to her. She says the
cellulitis has been cleared up long time ago.
Now the diagnosis is lympodema. Poor circulation.
Wish I knew that a couple days ago.

I don't think she has to worry about picking up elephatiasis
in upstate
NY. Sounds like she's had medical care. Did she get any
useful
information?
