One would deduce by the following line "I cannot remember ever having
diarrhea like this even as a kid" that this was not written by a kid.

If one examines the header, specifically this line:

you will see that this message was posted from the following IP:
24.3.205.218
a simple ping to resolve the host name will indicate that this is a
comcast owned IP address
Further research at http://ww1.arin.net/whois/ will tell you that it
is an eastern USA IP address who's netblock is assigned to a comcast
company located in Pennsylvania.
For God's sake, man, get with the program ;-)
