No differences. The "buffer" is designed to improve GI tolerability,
but it doesn't reduce the risk of GI complications (e.g., bleeding,
etc.) Depending on your exact situation, most people need no more than
81 mg (a "baby aspirin" - e.g., Ecotrin, St. Joseph's, etc.) of aspirin
daily for cardiovascular risk reduction.
