Anxiety and depression are not typically a medical emergency unless
there is suicidal ideation. The OP has not indicated that she is
planning suicide.

Anxiety and depression typically do not cause the degree of weight loss
possibly being described by the OP who appears to functional enough to
exercise. Something else is probably going on.
