Your evidence? Been to a Mayo Clinic? It's like visiting a cosmetic
surgery clinic in Canada. They actually treat you like a client. Imagine
that.

Actually, it will. There's too much pressure from US providers to ignore
the obvious gap in availability of clinical services. Why don't you tell us
why someone who works hard (or is just lucky) and wants to spend money on
rapid medical care shouldn't be able to find a provider.
