You admit that you have no evidence for your assertion. Here is the
definition of preconceived:

to form a conception or opinion of beforehand, as before seeing evidence
or as a result of previously held prejudice.

-- Recently I had an MD tell me at least three times in one office visit: "You're much healthier than you think you are." When I asked him how many medical journal articles he had read about my illness he replied: "none". (There are over 2,000.)
