Apparently your current "scope of practice" is merely to be a net stalker
and engage in email harassment.

I've now received about 15 phone calls and emails from friends, associates,
and assorted government officials wanting to know who these insane emails
are from and what they're about.

What you're doing is a felony in Washington state, and if you think I won't
file the complaint, you are badly mistaken.
