Heh, you do a good job of pointing out the staggering stupidity of the
American population. It comes from lack of concern or interest of
important issues. It comes from being uninformed and arrogant. It
really is sad. Americans really are clueless and they do not even
realize it. It takes foreigners to point it out to them and they
still do not believe. Again it is all about consolidation of money
and power. The top 1% of the population, the ruling class controls
90% of the wealth and power and utterly dominates the lives and minds
of the masses. Duping more than half of them to act and vote against
their own interests and to instead support the interests of the ruling
elite. This is the sad and disturbing reality of the American public.
They do not even realize that they no longer even have the democracy
they are so proud of. That they no longer have even the slightest
control over their own government. They think they have a choice.
That they have two parties to chose from when in fact it is just one
big corporate owned puppet party. One of my favorite quotes goes
something like this and describes the situation very well:
"The technique of infamy is to invent two lies and get people arguing
heatedly over which one of them is true."
This is how the truth is overcome in the US. The "two lies" is the
two party system, created and funded by those who truly control the
government. It is no surprise that the major funding for both parties
comes mostly from the very same source. In a rational world such a
thing would be illogical and impractical. But not in the USA.
