WIFE LOSES SON AND HUSBAND - GETS HUSBAND BACK...

MD AUTOPSY NEGLIGENCE...

JEFF P.UTZ, MD ignores obvious MD autopsy negligence; insists father is a
"killer."

Anthony Colarossi (acolarossi@orlandosentinel.com) and Pamela J. Johnson
(pjohnson@orlandosentinel) wrote in the ORLANDO SENTINEL:

"With what is known now about the autopsy [of Alan Yurko's baby son], [Judge
C. Alan Lawson] said jurors could have reached a different verdict after a
second trial....[Dr. Shashi Gore's] autopsy included a description of the
baby's inner heart muscle, but Gore **never examined the heart** because it
had already been removed for a transplant." [my words in brackets,
**emphasis added**]

OPEN LETTER

Jeff P.Utz, MD

Jeff,

When Judge C. Alan Lawson ruled that a new trial was warranted - he ruled in
effect that he had real doubts about the evidence that Alan Yurko killed his
son.

I share Judge Lawson's doubts; indeed, I don't think Alan killed his son.

Jeff, how very BIZARRE that you go to the trouble of publicly calling Alan a
"killer" but remain silent about MDs committing obvious mass child abuse
that sometimes escalates to criminally negligent homicide.

See Criminal medical CAM at Hawai'i's John A Burns School of Medicine...

Maybe you just can't face the fact that if Alan didn't do it it might have
been the MDs he trusted?

PS1 You wrote that Alan "will have a new trial."

Where did you get the idea that there will be another trial?

Here are relevant quotes from the article we both read...

"Alan Yurko, sentenced to life in 1999 for shaking his baby son to death, is
a free man today after a judge ruled a botched autopsy and other new
evidence
warranted a new trial.

"Soon after Circuit Judge C. Alan Lawson's ruling Friday, Yurko reached a
deal with prosecutors: He pleaded no contest to manslaughter and was
sentenced to
the time already served -- six years and 125 days.

"...After reviewing the evidence, Wilkinson said she and fellow prosecutor
Chris Lerner decided not to proceed with another trial and 'end it now.'"

I guess you must have been referring to the fact that in a sense there WAS
another trial when the prosecutors offered Alan the opportunity to plead no
contest to manslaughter in exchange for being sentenced to time served...

Jeff, remember when you insisted that your fellow MDs aren't promoting their
vaccinations as being 100% effective?

You never explained why only vaccine exempt children are sent home
(protected) during disease outbreaks as children not immunized by their
vaccinations are left in school...

On Exclusion Day, in effect, MDs are saying very *powerfully* that their
vaccines are 100% effective - as they fraudulently promote their vaccines
and put VACCINATED children in danger during disease outbreaks.

I liked this quote from Alan about vaccinations and trusting MDs with
premature babies...

"I didn't shake my son. I didn't hurt him. I didn't abuse him...But I was
negligent. He was premature, and I should have done research about
vaccinations on the Web. I trusted the doctors. I assumed doctors knew what
was good for my kid. This is about parents taking an active role in their
children's welfare."

Speaking of premature babies, Jeff...

MD-obstetricians are temporarily asphyxiating many babies in order to rob
them of up to 50% of blood they would otherwise have transfused to
themselves; that is, MDs are immediately amputating natural
oxygenation/transfusion devices called placentas - with babies still blue!

See EMTs and cord clamping - everyone should be interested...

That's as bad as ACOG keeping the birth canal closed with a DEEP blue baby's
head sticking out the vagina!

Jeff, you think Alan killed his son - I don't.

Alan's little son is gone and Alan spent 7 years in prison based on shoddy
autopsy work of one of your fellow MDs...

Other people's sons - LIVE BABIES - are being grossly abused and sometimes
killed by your fellow MDs.

Please help stop them - please help stop mass (sometimes fatal) child abuse
by MDs.

Thanks for reading.

Sincerely,

Todd

Alan,

Francine's support spoke loudest to me. You are lucky man. With much
valuable assistance, you two did it. Wow.
