Answer: What I discern is that the 15% who are non-Christian have had
more opportunities to do evil because their Christian neighbors
continue to forgive them. The ancient Greeks would have shown no
mercy (i.e. there would have been no repeat offenders). Imo, better
to be merciful and receive God's mercy than be merciless and receive
God's wrath.
