Strawman. No one said John does not have the right to post what he wants.

No. I will acknowledge that we are finding more cases of autism, many of
which would not have been previously found. This i sbased on three ideas:
1. In the US we have very strong laws regarding children's edcuation. We
insist that when a kid is not learning, that the cause of the problem be
found and appropriately addressed. This is embodied in the Individuals with
Disabilities Education Act, a/k/a I.D.E.A.
2. Autism is a spectrum disorder, and over the past several years this has
become widely known to intelligent people. Thus, more case fall under the
spectrum.
3. This is my theory. I beleive that we have been finding more cases of
autism in the past seven to eight years because of the hysteria provoked by
the proven deceiver, Andy Wakefield. IOW, another reason we are looking
harder.
