Truth:
Exercise alone is not enough to induce weight loss if intake is
excessive.

day.
Instead, he lost three stone because he was eating less than his body
needed each day.

Exercise is neither necessary nor sufficient for weight loss if intake
is excessive.

The rest of the medical community knows that those who have metabolic
syndrome (MetS) as a consequence of being overweight is close to being

My guess is that if Dr. Stroud ever injures himself, he would soon
become overweight.
