Thoughts? Sure, though I'll have to take a rain check for the night.
It's late, and I'm too tired to write anything particularly articulate
    this evening.

Scrutinizing minutiae? Hardly. I've spoken in only the most general
of terms in regard to a topic begging to grow into a law suit or five
or more and a batch of new legislation and regulations.

If you feel put upon by my comments, then I apologize. But, if you'd
read my responses so thoroughly as you seem to think I've disregarded
yours, you'd see that I've suggested several routes of more effective
attack against those supplanting the physician's therapeutic judgment,
intruding upon doctor-patient relationships, and exploiting positions
of power over dispensation to advance a moralistic political interest
that wouldn't survive scrutiny, if it survived legislation.

Personally, I wouldn't encourage you to sit idly by. But, don't try
to construe my conversational inquiries as legal advise. It isn't.

But, a careful reader might parse out a rudimentary outline suitable
for pasting up a legislative advocacy plan - if one were so inclined.
