Just working what I've read and heard at a local hospital:

Might want to clarify that, can't from the dead-virus injection. The
nasal mist, is a live-virus, and it is suppected that people with
weakened immune systems could catch it. Plus, you need to notify some
hospitals if you received the nasal mist weakened virus vacine,
because of possiblity you could infect others.
