Pretty much true, even in a large European trial which actually
suggested you're better off without treatment.

Survival, such as it was, was modestly better in the non-treated
group. I wouldn't waste my last days with chemo/radiation in this
context.
Resection only if indicated.
I'd probably try Gonzalez's approach. Nothing to lose and it might
help slow progression somewhat. And a lot more healthful for the body
in general so no chemo/radiation side effects.
And I'd strongly consider opiates!! Heroin would be best.
