A male aged 54 yrs who is a known case of D Johnson syndrome hase
developed monoarthropathy of rt elbow jt causing severe restriction of
flexion & extension & mild inflammatory signs. Severity of restriction
changes drastically within few hours without any medication. All
investigations including synovial biopsy are within normal limits. ESR
is 50 mm/1st hour. There is no functional element involved. Arhtropathy
seems to be related temporally with GI disturbances & physical
exhaustion. There is some amount of PC usage with mouse operations.
