I would like to know if inside a limph node, for example one draining
from a gangrenous limb, are there more bacteria than in the closest
not limphatic tissues.
Can you tell me if someone cuts such a limph node during a surgical
intervention, when a vascular prostesis is to be inserted, the risk of
infection of the prostesis (not for lacking of drainage, but for the
bacteria coming out from the limph node) is increased ?
Thank you . Giorgio
