Existing laws
need to be enforced.

The access and ability for a patient
to pursue one's rights
needs to be more reasonable.

Currently,
the process is almost impossible to negotiate,
without extensive legal assistance.

Most people cannot afford such legal
assistance,
which in effect, nullifies the laws.
