Hello,
I was also surprised at some of the posts. I noticed that some people told
you that you can't lose the fat by exercise and diet. I guess that means
that people--at least in some cases--should stop exercising and eating low
fat foods to lose fat. That does NOT make sense to me but I guess it makes
sense to at least some people in this newsgroup. I know that genes do play
a major role in the amount of fat that we have. I think that you have made
a good decision.
