if you put your reply below my reply, it sometimes goes easier.
as far as I know less than 25% is osteoporotic and since that was 2 years ago, you're
probably osteoporotic and someone should be advising you on how to mitigate (and
prevent fractures - lifestyle adjustment) more bone loss. That person would be one of
your doctors.
You may or may not have some type of fracture in your ankle or foot.
As I said that should be checked out.
Some fractures they (usually) do nothing (hairline or small bone).
