Body re-act



In the time of stress or feeling down and blue I want to know what
exactly happened in body when:

1- When you feel like you want to throw up?

2- When you feel you biting your teeths or trembeling

3- When you feel cold and a bit dizzy?

What circumestances in body result of this situations and what's the
counter-acts to fight them and feel balance again.
