Athlete's foot or toilet seat bacteria?

I used to sleep on the floor, I was diagnosed with borderline HBP
last year, this
year took and then stopped hydrochlorothiazide, am watching sodium
intake, take
vitamins, eat fresh fruits, some canned vegetables and tv dinners,
had an infection
in my gums, was given penicillin which also gave me diarrhea and
used it all, now
experience diarrhea, actually feces comes out thready. Could it be
IBS or just that
my system is taking so long cleaning itself from the
hydrochlorothiazide and penicillin
I took before? Or, is it due to athlete's foot fungus, for which I
am now applying
chlormazole (sp?), and can athlete's foot fungus spread to the penis
and anus? Or
can it be pesky bacteria from the toilet seat (or fecal matter)
getting into the penis or
anus? I experience a burning sensation when I sit, yesterday I felt
pain even I went
for a walk for 90 minutes. I took a good hot shower today after
about three weeks
of not feeling like doing so. ????
