Myclodysplasia

I am told that my uncle has just found out he has Myclodysplasia.
Searching Google did not have any information that really described
this condition.

Can anyone tell me more about it? What treatment is available?

I am sure they will get that info from the hospital but I hope someone
here can shed some light.
