Brand Vs Generic Ibuprofen

Is there really any difference between "Brand" 200mg Ibuprofen
eg.Nurofen, which can be almost £3.00 per pack of 16, and "Generic"
200mg Ibuprofen eg Tesco or Asda Own which usually cost around 30-40p
per 16?
