knuckles turning purple

I am posting again about a rash I have-hoping someone can help me.

In Dec., I was in the hospital. They put an IV in my left arm. I pulled
it out. Fluid went in my arm. Arm swelled up. Drs. later said I had a
clot. They said it wasn't dangerous, though. They injected me with
Heparin. When I came out of hospital, I noticed I have a slight lump on
my wrist. Dr. checked in mid-Jan., said this is nothing to worry about.

In last two days, I noticed my knuckles and places where my fingers
bend on my left hand, are pinkish/purple, and there are areas on that
hand that hurt. Could this be related to the clot? Dr, doesn't know
what to think.

Also, I got a urinary tract infection in hospital that still hasn't
gone away. I tried Cipro-no help. Am now on Macrobid.
